Highly Skilled
Our staff of IT professionals are a highly experienced group of individuals who stay informed of
the best practices of the industry. Most of our people have multiple skill sets and some of them
have as many as 12 years experience in the primary skill set. We make knowledge building one of
our top priorities. Any member of our IT staff who has less than 4 years of experience attends a
series of knowledge building courses and are tested to assure retention of the instruction. We
also provide them a mentoring system with our more experienced staff members. Our staff of product
consultants, pc repair and servicing and pc builders are regularly trained in product knowledge
and product compatibility. They are able to help you decide on the best compatible component for
your system to produce optimum performance. In the end we are confident that all of our IT staff
are competent and skilled to handle all of your needs.
